Note

• Overnight stay at the hotel will include a tent (without star), non-AC per family, independent room facilities. If a person wants a separate room, he has to pay half the amount of room rent. Hotels do not have the same rooms. Washing clothes in hotel rooms is prohibited.
• Families with more than two tickets will be provided with extra mattresses (without beds) in double bed rooms. In Railway an independent seat in half ticket and you will get a separate seat in the bus. Must be included in the hotel's own room.
• An extra mattress (bed below) in a double bed room hotel for a family with three full tickets and one half ticket (independent seat) will be given.
• The family is requested to take four full seats so that they can be provided two rooms at the place of overnight stay. Will not be provided for overnight stay in a place where bathing and washing will be arranged in the hotel.
• There will be one room for 4 to 5 persons. Rooms will be vacated as per hotel.
• Checking / checkout time. In case of any room being given less or canceled in any case, the arrangement given elsewhere, will have to be accepted and will not be refunded
• Room is required before check-in / check-out. So have to pay extra rent for the same.
• If tourist change the hotel then no refund will giving for the same.

Keep essentials on the trip:

• Including warm clothes, small strong bag size, 24"x20" 46 "everyday items, medicines, sheets for rail travel and air-pillow, lock-chain for bag safety.
• In case of natural calamity, inconvenience, political turmoil or any other reason, the travel program has to be changed or reduced or canceled.
• The company will not be accompanied by a travel manager / guide during the tour organized by Travelers.
• If the tourist leaves midway for any reason, they will not be reimbursed. The priests have the full right to travel. If the number of tourists decreases and they are forced to plan the trip by small vehicle, they will be given a hotel package.
• Breakfast and dinner will be from the hotel.
• Travel business is the business of the service, it involves the services of other persons, organizations, over which the tour organizer has no direct control. So the journey will be comfortable. So that if there is a mental effect of mild nature, he should not join the tour.
• If any legal action has to be taken regarding the grievance for the travel arrangement. Inform the tour manager by phone, so that the right effort can be made. Returned complaint is meaningless if booked from any branch office but refund will be given only by check or draft from Ahmedabad main branch Rules for Cancellation of Tour (Total amount of ticket) Cancellation must be reported in writing along with its cause and evidence.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation rules apply to those who change the date of travel as above,
• 60 days before cancellation, so 5000/- Rs. Will be deduct.
• 30 days before cancellation, so 8000/- Rs. Will be deduct.
• 15 days before cancellation, so 50% amount will be deduct.
• Within 15 days cancellation, so 75% amount will be deduct

NOTE

• In case of cancellation of the entire trip due to natural or any other reason, in addition to the cancellation charge, the administrative expenses will be deducted from the amount of Rs. 2000/-

• A child between the ages of 9 and 11 is to be included in his own seat / bed or another person's ticket rate can be included in the independent seat in the bus and extra bed in the room. A child of 6 to 8 years (for 4th person) will be given a seat in the bus but there will be no extra bed in the hotel.
• The traveler will have the full responsibility of storing and handling the luggage.
• If the travel days increase for any reason, the traveler will have to pay Rs. 2500 per person per day to the manager during the journey.
• In case of cancellation of travel date for any reason, the company will not be liable for the loss of self-made train / air ticket. , And the amount paid will be redeemed.
• Template shows all journeys are from Ahmadabad to Ahmadabad only
• For any reasons if toured will be cancel from management side so company will refund amount, which was paid by the tourist. None other than that the responsibility will not be with the company.
• Traveler should pay tour package amount before 30 Days of Tour. Seats of non-payers will be canceled. For travel the amount paid will not be refunded.
• Traveler will have to pay 5% GST separately on the ticket price.
• The rules of the tour contract will be binding for each traveler.
• Traveler have to keep original photo ID card during tour.

Railway Arrangements:

• Railway system (at its own cost) as per railway rules, reservation of tickets starts 120 days before the date of travel. So the traveler has to book the ticket on time.
• The instant booking will be received one day before the date of departure. And an additional charge will have to be paid. There is no guarantee of getting an instant ticket so the traveler will have to take an air ticket at a higher rate.
• The train ticket has to be arranged by the traveler himself. No liability will be borne by the company in this regard. For Senior Citizen Discount, men will get 40% (60 years old) and women will get 50% (58 Years Old).
• During Railway travelling with 5 to 11 year old children and if they want seat so they have to buy full ticket for that child. Do not pay for half ticket for the same and give your seat to them.

AIR Arrangements

• Will be able to include Air ticket (self-contained) if the flight is canceled by plane late in the trip planned by the air, the difference amount will not be the responsibility of the company regarding the read / investment meal.

Vehicle Arrangements:

• Passengers will have to pay a separate fare if the road is closed and another vehicle has to be used.
• There will be no arrangement for pickup and dropping at the railway station and airport.
• The last row seat in the vehicle will be non-pushback or sofa.
• If the road is broken, it will not be taken there for free.
• We will have to go to the nearest places and our places where our bus cannot go on foot or by other means at our own cost.
• The difference will have to be given according to the number of tourists, the vehicle with the required capacity will be arranged. (12 to 27 seats)
• In case there will be 2x2 buses or smaller vehicles instead of 2x1 buses. Changes in the allotted seat number will be valid for the traveler, A.C.
• The AC will be off at the time of climbing up the slope in the vehicle. Tap in heel will not continue.
• Non-AC Vehicles will be arranged for Kashmir tour.

Personal Expenses:

• Personal Expenses / Railway / Air Ticket, Insurance Premium, Coolie-Wage, Rohtang Taxi Fare, Horse, Doli, Ropeway, Hot Water, Laundry, Guide, Telephone, Mobile, Admission fee including timber trail, boat, donation-south, luggage, personal insurance, AC room, room heater, medical fee, medicine or any other expenses incurred by the traveler will be borne by the traveler.
• 1 to 3 year children tour fare will be 20%.
• During the bus journey, breakfast with tea and coffee and breakfast and evening meals according to the convenience of the time Asian Holiday No experienced maharaj will stay in the hotel.
• Afternoon tea and coffee will be provided at three to four hours during the hotel stay. Afternoon tea-coffee will not be provided during sightseeing bus journey.
• Hotel water will be provided during breakfast / lunch during hotel stay. Two simple bottles of mineral water (not cold) will be provided by the company during the day on the bus journey.
• Mineral water, tea, snacks and meals will have to be taken free of cost while traveling in Delhi / Daily Service bus.
• Take more mineral bottles at personal expense to seek Meals will be provided by the company at own expenses.
